• User Account :

  • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login information and the use of your account.


• Parking Space Exchange and Points Management :
  • Users can offer an available parking space and earn points by giving it to another user.
  • Users can request a parking space and spend points to obtain a space offered by another user.
  • The points required to request a space will be determined based on availability and demand.
  • The Application disclaims all responsibility for communication between users, including how parking space exchanges are initiated, negotiated, or concluded.


• Navigation and Communication Features :
  • The Application uses Google Maps to help users reach the parking space provided by another user.
  • Users can track the route of the user requesting the parking space via the Google Maps interface.
  • Users have the option to exchange messages through an integrated chat or to call each other through the Application's platform.
  • The Application disclaims all responsibility for how users communicate with each other and does not guarantee the continuous availability or quality of these features.


• Responsible Use :
  • You agree to use the Application responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws.
  • You must not disrupt the operation of the Application or harm the experience of other users.


• Liability :
  • The Application does not guarantee the constant availability of parking spaces or the fulfillment of all requests.
  • The Application disclaims all liability for interactions between users, the security of transactions, and the condition of parking spaces.


• Modification and Termination :
  • The Application may modify the TCU at any time. Users will be notified of the changes.
  • The Application reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account for non-compliance with the TCU.
